The Founder's Program is a limited-availability, 4-week holistic wellness experience designed specifically for aging adults who want to stay strong, independent, and fulfilled. You'll receive one personalized session per week blending strength training, mobility & stability, life coaching, and nutritional education, all tailored to your goals. Sessions are held at your home, via Zoom, or another agreed location. Includes your personal Stronger Years Wellness binder with trackers, wellness tools, and resources. Founder's rate: $300 for 4 weeks. Add-on sessions available at $50 each.
