Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • The 4-Session Flex package must be used within four weeks of purchase.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • In case of emergency, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the coach.

3. Liability & Personal Responsibility

  • All clients acknowledge that life coaching and strength training are participatory experiences. The coach provides guidance, but results depend on individual effort and commitment.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.

  • Strength training participants affirm that they are physically capable of engaging in exercise and assume all risks associated with training.

4. Resources & Materials

  • Coaching and training may include supportive materials such as journals, tracking sheets, and nutrition guidance.

  • These materials are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared for commercial purposes.

5. Refunds & Expirations

  • All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once sessions are booked.

  • Unused sessions within the 4-Session Flex package will expire after four weeks from the date of purchase.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to engage in respectful, positive, and professional interactions during all sessions.

  • The coach reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions if inappropriate behavior occurs.
